Summary: I was police chief and I decided to let a suspect off with a verbal warning, I informed the officer(Phillip Bellington) and he said 'I hope you get shot in the line of duty' so I demoted him for disrespect and about 2 minutes later he became president and demoted me from police chief.

Just done some digging myself in the logs, and I found this:

Philip can you explain to me how you came to this conclusion when you were the only president for ~2 minutes. At the moment I see this as powergaming as there was no valid RP to lead to this demotion it just seems like it was done in retaliation for what Braadd did previously. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I admit this was powergame. However, I have a reason, maybe not a justifiable reason but it's still a reason.

I had started a pursuit of a black dodge charger, he flew by me at a red light and screamed something. I gave chase and he stopped shortly in a intersection infront of city hall. As I got out he got out and said I can't do anything. I had no chance to reply before he ran to the motel and attempted to purchase a room and slam the door shut. 

I was aggrivated at this point because that's fail rp. I end up blocking him from closing the door and taser him. I cuff and as he gets up he starts screaming saying I cant go into his house. He is throwing profanity, insulting me, and not complying with my orders. I'm attempting to rp and he keeps screaming over mic and the lag makes it hard to understand. Eventually the chief and two other officers arrive and I explain what happened. I even offer to replay the dashcam on my cruiser (Trying to actually rp)

The suspect is still screaming all this crap about how I suck and I'm being demoted. I'm retarded, I'm spastic, etc... (These were not only IC insults)

The suspect then asks the chief to speak so they walk away to talk. I think nothing of it, the suspect will blab and the chief will agree to arrest a suspect who ran from police, backed into my cruiser, and tried to barricade himself in a house. Someone who blatantly ignores the law to the point of speeding and evading, is a threat to the public.

They are talking for five minutes and then I see the suspect run off and yell "Peace out fucker". I ask the chief what the hell he was doing, he didn't give any answer he just told me he's free to go, and I should go back on patrol.

At this point I am beyond pissed off. I had gone through twenty minutes of dealing with: Running a red light infront of me, yelling to get me to pursue, backing into my car then jumping out calling fail rp, Buying a house after I chase him, not complying while cuffed, screaming at me that I suck, Denying he did anything, "YOU CANT GO INTO MY HOUSE " x10 separate times, no intent to rp, and on top of all of that I can't arrest the guy because the chief arrived ten minutes after the arrest and somehow knew that the guy deserved a ticket...

So yes, now we arrive at the moment when I hop on president and demote the chief. In all honesty, I did it because no admins were on. If staff were on, they would have stopped the situation from happening. I felt that it was a major rule violation to powergame me losing my arrest. He had no IC or OOC reason to do so. As explained above, the circumstances caused me to focus on my emotions more than logic. I should have reported him but honestly I have no video proof so it wouldn't have gone anywhere. 

There's my response, I trust the administrators will deliver a just punishment for my offenses.

EDIT: I did not know he let the suspect go without a ticket. In my response I said he got a ticket.

I understand the frustration caused by the incident, however, no matter what happens in-game you need to keep a cool head which I understand can be hard to do.

The police chief should have reported to you the course of action that was taken but clearly, this wasn't done at the time. But this still doesn't excuse you from what you've done.

Due, to this I'm going to issue you a presidential blacklist for 2 hours.
