				-Involved in background story-
I can confirm that we have been doing our own PassiveRP for the second day now and it was on-going when the incident happened. It also forced us to end the RP for the day, sadly.

The first point in which I shall touch upon is the accusation of FailRP. I must admit; this is a valid point to be making, since driving around someone in circles isn't exactly the most realistic of things to do, however I was not aware of this supposed roleplay and just assumed it was two characters trading weed, which in all reality is a fair assumption to make considering it's in a remote location. The second is CDM. Again, the first one was indeed an accident but I simply could not avoid it in that situation since by the time that I had realised he was in front of my vehicle, it was too late.
The other CDM (the one to the other character) was indeed intentional, but I have valid reasoning. Due to the character that I was playing being a rather narrow-minded fellow who has had previous trouble with the Police Department, the character's immediate reaction to "leave no witnesses" was a valid one to make, considering he would almost certainly be facing charges of manslaughter from the Police Department. This, as far as I know, does not break the CDM ruling since a) I could not react in time for the first collision (try driving in circles and predicting where something is relative to you), and b) the second one was backed up by the character's particular personality traits.

The character I played did indeed not have any valid reasoning behind encircling you. I simply assumed you were dealing weed, or other miscellaneous illegal items, and you really didn't look like you were RPing to me at all. Again, I can only apologise for what happened since I obviously mis-interpeted your actions. The only justification I can give for encircling you is boredom. And I admit, that isn't an excuse, but there it is.

There is no valid reasoning for CDM, and I'm surprised you aren't already aware of this. Personally I'm not too fussed about about the allegation of FailRP, but with a little more than 200 hours, you're expected to have a pretty decent understanding of the rules by now, and you've already got 30 punishments in total (bans, blacklists and warns) applied to your record, on top of probation.
You know full well there isn't an excuse for CDM, and I imagine this may have been pointed out to you upon your last blacklist for CDM. It isn't a hard rule to break; if you run someone over, either call staff via @ or EMS so they can be revived.

a) There were no staff members on at the time, and b) I did actually contact EMS, as the OP states.

I'm aware, I'm just stating how protocol is with this stuff.
Regardless, I still think this has an element of spite attached to it. You knew what you were doing was wrong, or at least should do at 200 hours or so.

This should technically be your probation done, however I'll cut you some slack. Next time though, that'll be it. Any more mess ups will result in your probation being enforced.

 Approved.

A day's suspension and 2 and a half hour vehicle blacklist will be applied.
