You can do the following, you can go to the Marketplace section and ask someone to make you one. Depending who you find you might get it for free, you might get one for a few thousands in-game.

Tbh I don't know why I even said that, probably because ~~TECHNICALLY~~ it's against 1.13 as it is written. But so would be selling dupes and stuff. Sooo pretend I never said that? <3
