Explain your suggestion, in detail:
In a nutshell, implementation of a new and improved weight tool that may be better and less buggy for the server.
Now I know the weight tool has been asked for many times in the past and denied on the grounds that it's a buggy piece of shit, but this is a different version that's been (more or less) completely rewritten, and might work better with the server. 
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Same reason why it was implemented in the first place. Also, to stop the scenario of a 10,000 weight coffee cup, restrict the tool to users with 100+ hours or something along those lines. Simples.

I would recommend a trial run on a dev server before we put this down as a bad idea before testing; it may just work. Unless you've tested it before and deemed it just as broken as regular weight tool, in which case, I'm sorry for wasting your time.
