this isn't the act of islam, if you took some time to read the meaning of islam you would see the true meaning is about peace yet these so called "Muslims" called IsIs are not muslims they twist the words of the Holy book of Muslims and use it against it. I can blame it on this person’s belief of Islam. I’m not bashing the religion, just what comes about this person’s interpretation. Anyone that uses even a fragment of a religion for evil intentions doesn’t really get a pass from me.

No one can claim that Islam is a religion of peace if by that they mean that it had a peaceful founder, or that its teachings advocate peaceful interaction with people of other religions, or that historically its followers have been violence-free.

In saying that Islam is not a religion of peace, we are not saying that all Muslims are violent people, or even that the majority are such. We are referring to the teaching and history of the religion, not to the behaviour of the majority of people who claim adherence to it. It is important that as a society and as individuals we are clear about this. It is honest and correct to say that most Muslims are peaceful people. But it does not follow from this that Islam is a religion of peace.

In saying that Islam is not peaceful is not saying that Muslims are evil and violent, but their religion does not contribute to any 'peace' they may express. True Islam is violent and when followed by the book gives rise to extremism, hence the term 'extremism'. Peaceful Muslims take the word of God as a guideline on how to live their lives whilst being kind and good towards others - but it is themselves who decide to be good, not an instruction by Islam itself. 
tl;dr, Islam is not a religion of peace, but that does not mean there are not peaceful Muslims.
