Summary: After placing a warrant on him, myself and @Dicky notice that a yellow tow truck, matching the wanted owners plate seemingly rams a SWAT Vehicle and the Police Chief (In the anarchist clothes) then begins pursuit on foot.

I block the vehicles path to bring it to a stop when the chief spikes his vehicle. Me and @Dicky hop out and then the owner DC's to avoid. He also breaks FearRP by driving away from the Police Chief while having a firearm pointed at him as well as trying to get into a pursuit as a mechanic.
