Summary: After placing a warrant on him, myself and notice that a yellow tow truck, matching the wanted owners plate seemingly rams a SWAT Vehicle and the Police Chief (In the anarchist clothes) then begins pursuit on foot.

I block the vehicles path to bring it to a stop when the chief spikes his vehicle. Me and hop out and then the owner DC's to avoid. He also breaks FearRP by driving away from the Police Chief while having a firearm pointed at him as well as trying to get into a pursuit as a mechanic.
