Anyone know where i can attain the skin for the City of Rockford seal in the Presidents Office in the Town Hall?
I believe i remember doing it before, but i cant remember.

If you have done it bwfore then there are two methods you might have used.
Google...
Or used the Advanced Material Tool.

You can use the advanced material tool, the texture location you are looking for is "ocrp/rfstamp1"
