I can not tell you what's in HR's mind but I can tell you what the issue is.
It's not the fact that there is an admin car, it's that it's exempt from roleplay.
Admins have abilities with phasing to avoid OOC confusion.

Now, you make this seem like it's a big deal that is caused by a dictatorship and that we are all chained to the higher up's will. That's not the case. You love dramatizing stuff from what I can see.
26' abilities don't die off with the car thing. He is not connected to it. Sure it might have been an interesting idea to create a more interesting way of handling things but if you take a chill pill how exempt from RP can confuse people.
It's perhaps something to look into internally, but once something is visible and interactable on the game mode in IC means (without @ sits) it creates confusion in a way.
We as staff can look into ways of making these things fun for us, have little games here and there.
26' is not the car, he might be a kettle, he might love cars but the part that is the issue is exempt from RP and that does not stop him from being the kettle he is.
I'm closing the thread as it's getting a bit out of hand, looking at Stephan's exaggerations. I doubt he'll stop editing to make it even more absurd.
