Well, at around 5:30AM Today 02's 4G, 3G and 2G network shut down all across the UK.

It's not just 2G, 3G and 4G services it's a lot more than that:

Public WiFi
Parking machines
Payment services such as card machines
Tesco mobile
Giffgaff
Lycamobile
And more are all affected as well

Got a feeling the issue is resolved for the most part, heard from someone that it was an issue with a 3rd party company that works with O2. Luckily most of the governmental services in the UK have switched from O2.
