A thread was opened to discuss an important topic about how members of the staff team get treated differently than non-staff members. It was however turned into harassment and then closed.

I opened a similar thread in the Serious Discussion subforum to avoid any harassment or name calling and to force everyone to stay on topic. I used a link to Doctor Internets staff report as an example.

Doctor Internet took it upon himself to close the thread without any information as to why he did it. Probably because he didn't like that one of his staff reports got attention. This was however abuse of powers.

I opened this discussion in order to give people the opportunity to share their opinions and discuss them about staff and player violations. We can compare them, discuss and be civil while we do this. Unfortunately, a lot of people came in and began talking about things that are not related to this at all. They started provoking me and @ZooM but we were accused of this and actions were taken against us but not the others.

Then, I opened a similar thread but in serious discussions instead and it was also removed. Night or Doctor Internet removed this without any reason and they did not state any sub-forum or forum rule violation while removing the serious discussion. ZooM attempted to make a similar one after mine in serious discussions, but it was removed by Doctor Internet himself and I'd argue that it's because to avoid a bad reputation and criticism overall.

Who harassed staff members? None is obliged to participate in discussions, the people that participated in that discussion participated willingly and voluntarily. The second thread was removed for no reason at all, I created it in order to avoid other subjects and to minimize disrespect from other people. Where is the negotiation of staff decisions? We have the right to report staff if we believe they abuse their powers, which you did in order to avoid being caught. You never enforced rules, if you would, then you would also punish the people who started this and the people who disrespected me and my people.

Because there was no reason to remove the threads in the serious discussions, there's a difference between serious discussions and the other discussions. You guys stand for freedom of speech, you state, but yet go against it? I don't really get your logic there, Chief.
