You saw the attaker's clothing in person is what I am saying

What makes someone restricted from changing clothing anyways? Nonetheless, I suspected that it might have been him due to Nightmare's reaction: He reloaded weapon alongside Kvatch upon me knocking and partly matched the suspect.

That is not what I am saying.
I'm saying Night was not even slightly matching the description. You saw your shooter in person, you weren't going off vague radio callouts.

The changing clothing argument is irrelevant. If this was in the vicinity of PD that's one thing, but you can't go running and gunning around the map because someone attacked you. Everyone can change clothing and if that was a valid reason to detain someone you could detain everyone in the entire server after being attacked.

That's all I need to say, this is going in circles

The reason is written pretty clear in the ban reason. I've already stated that you continue to say that he "partly matched" the suspect when you have seen the actual suspect first hand. So you knew completely that he wasn't the guy. Guns were legal so you can't base your reason for the search on that.

You also can't just go around the whole map knocking on every door for a potential lead.

With all this being said, I appreciate the effort but this will be denied.

Denied.
