I wasn't an immediate threat to his life or anyone else's life. Nudelzalat tased me only for his grudge, which is strictly prohibited in the rules.

You've narrowed down the situation quite a bit, you've had a crash with Nudel which he then initiated a pursuit with you which you decided to runaway from and not pull over. You breakchecked and rammed him causing him to crash and get injured, he was revived by a paramedic and then went to arrest you. Along side with that, you were demoted by the police chief for I think corruption.

You were being cuffed and you ran away, which counts as FearRP, this taser imo was valid and no warning or punishment will be issued.
