Dictatorship implies absolute power — one person who takes control — of a political situation, a family, a classroom or even a camping expedition. In government, a dictatorship leaves no room for input from anyone who is not the top guy or gal. 

Thats the definition of dicatorship. You were a president yet you refused to implement laws. You refused to listen to any suggestions by the PD were rude and commanded them constantly. When they tried to input suggestions you ignored them and when we tried to contact you for a discussion you refused and made up stupid arguments as not to listen. You then demoted half the force after demanding that it was illegal for us to protest and go on strike, you then used this to demote us. You demoted me, a peaceful member of government, for being involved and putting in peaceful laws that effected both sides. After this we moved in as a group of over half the server at first to execute you on the grounds that you took the position and used it for absoloute power and did nothing to listen to your workers or governemnt.

I believe they protested about you having a new law made up (when I wasn't there anymore) about punishments being handed out for anyone who would go on strike in their uniform whilst being on-duty. Not about the law I told you to remove, so I'm going to request to stop being tagged about that. That has been solved.

Why they executed you, however, is unclear to me at the moment, so I am going to pull back from this and let the accused reply to it.

The reason they executed me was that they thought I was a Dictator, when I was not.

Nonetheless, I was not a Dictator at that time, I have proven it and a denied PR have also proven it. This means that the 3 players violated the rules by raiding and then executing me.

The protest was in reguard to the law (which was removed) and the fact he quite clearly ignored requests for imput from officers throughout the night. I stand by my previous statement.

The protest started because of the law about non-lethal weaponry, but the law was removed yet you guys still continued to protest? The PD did not want to negotiate and I did take requests from the PD into consideration by removing the law about non-lethal weaponry, but yet they still continued to protest. Why did they still continue to protest? The law here was made after 20-45 minutes of continued protests if I remember correctly:

Nonetheless, the raid and execution would be legitimate if I was a dictator; but I wasn't. The raiding and execution is the problem here and that's the reason for this player report. Don't try to avoid this by trying to find loopholes.

There was no reason to execute me, I was not corrupt nor a dictator which I have already proven with video evidence, screenshots, witnesses, staff confirmation and a denied player report that accused me of being a dictator which is related to this.

I believe since It was closed after my remark I am no longer required to defend myself? Am I cleared considering my job was set correctly and I had reason to do it?

I was already player reported for being a dictator which is connected to this execution and the player report was denied due to me not being a dictator. This and all my evidence is enough to prove that I was not a dictator and therefore the execution and raid were invalid. The only thing that is correct from your part is the definition of dictatorship, which does not fit in with me.

Right so its been awhile.

Joley and myself have discussed this PR in great length and we've come to the conclusion that we think the law you made is leaning towards a dictator law, however it is a grey area. So in this case, it'd be unfair to punish.
