Explain your suggestion, in detail:

When you right click someone either while looking at them or through tab, have the rank icon displayed showing their current rank such as USER, MEMBERSHIP, CONTRIBUTOR and stuff...

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: I feel like it would be a cool feature to have, so if you want to see what rank someone is if you are a new player, you don't have to sound noobish in OOC and have 90 people respond with the same answer over and over again.

I think when looking at someone, it should have their rank icon next to their steam name and for the tab menu, like you presented.

It’s already on the scoreboard
The context menu should only contain IC info (excluding steam name and ID). Hours should be removed from it. It has no relevance to any in character situation.
