UV Lights DID get refunded.
Ammo in weapons did not.

I can confirm that @Oneshott lost aforementioned items when he timed out due to the F1-menu not appearing, a set of errors pasting in the console and a LUA-panic error as an end result of that.

@Night - I don't know the specifics of the munition that was lost, but when I interacted with him, he had a Serbu Shorty shotgun, I believe a Thompson and Desert Eagle meaning 12GA, .45 ACP and .44 MAG resp. I don't know the amount that was lost either, but I can confirm that he said that he was armed and lost the munition when he rejoined after the crash.
