I just checked the logs, and see that it's been used immediately after it was manufactured.

Mention of a refund is through an @ after 4 minutes.

From the logs, it does not look like an accident and as we've not given refunds due to a principle when a vehicle is used after bought accidentally as there's no way for us to tell if it was indeed an accident or a test that ended with a disappointment, when/if the vehicle is used.
