Summary: So I was just driving my car around the map and I stopped on the light and then I noticed my car crashed into something. This guy froze those props and made them invisible and he was minging all the day long. He was also prop-pushing my car but sadly I don't have an evidence of that. Basically NITRP.

He continued doing this and there was and still is noone to stop him and he basically blocked the hole map.
