I was just curious if there is any way to clean out or to request to wipe out all my old history in the server, like Bans, warnings, etc

As far as I know that has never been done. You can post ban/blacklist/warning appeals but if you have broken the rules it is on the discretion of the administrator to remove it or not.

A removal from record would be considered on any punishment which currently isn't active. That'd be the only way, but they aren't easy to get.
