Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Remove the tips bar at the top whilst using the camera
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
The camera is used to take a nice clean photo or get a nice recording, i dont see why the tip bar is there

Seems like a waste of effort. You can always just type /hud or crop it out in post.
