I didnt have to pay anything in the end mate. He was trying to charge me over 20k for it and thats when I disconnected as he had the warrant while I was in the shop.

As seen in the video, he was warranted and arrested for using a mask over 5 minutes after the law was implemented, before he left to avoid rp. In the time leading up to his arrest it was focused on the fact that he was refusing to leave the area after not buying a license etc and becoming increasingly agitated towards me, of which I felt threatened.

As also seen in the video, you can clearly see that I was not trying to charge you $20k, aswell as the fact that the mod online even said it in the video.

the FearRP and D/C to avoid wasn't handled as Bananen said he can make a PR for it amongst other things.

Cynical did in the end follow FearRP but delayed and refused to cooperate, if this continues in the future he will be punished regardless of him cooperating in the end.

For D/C to avoid Cynical will receive a 3 day ban.
