Yes I did all of this. I have had a previous run in with that president when I was being charged 30k for a gun license. He then did it again where it would still cost me 20k to recieve it. He implimented a law saying all masks are illegal while I was in his shop and said "Have fun dickhead"
I dont think its fair that someone can charge me 20/30k to not be arrested and play a role I wanted to be (Gun Dealer) Any punishment issued is fine but I believe that, due to the circumstances someone should first talk to me ingame about the situation so they can get a full picture of the events before police even arrived. I do not believe that messaging on a forum is good enough for a situation as what is written can be misunderstood.

1) The first time, I was not charging people $30k; I said that as a joke, since I was in my safety vault where people could only enter for $20k (to ensure my safety). Licenses were still given to people even if they didn't enter the vault.
2) It did not cost you $20k the second time you tried and you know that - we were in the presence of staff (possibly two) who can confirm that, as I told you to hand the money over the wall so you could retrieve your license.
3) Let's not try to paint me in a bad image. I didn't say "Have fun dickhead," I said, "Oh look. A new law. Strange." I agree that it's questionable that I made the law as you were wearing a mask, but I changed the law quickly to prevent bias. I then asked you to remove the mask to comply with new laws.

1) You were not charged 20/30k to "not be arrested," nor were you being charged 20/30k to get a license.
2) You were given the opportunity to be spoken to ingame as there were staff online and present at the situation, yet you left even after directly saying that you would leave to avoid rp.

In the aftermath of the situation, me and the staff 2 online spoke and it eventually led to the outcome that I would remove the exit fee, but keep the entry fee as there were signs outside. However I am still confused as to why you were so agitated about the situation, as there were signs outside stating that you would have to pay another fee to leave. Why was it such a problem to pay $3k for a license, rather than paying $2k for a license and $1k for an entry/exit fee?

I didnt have to pay anything in the end mate. He was trying to charge me over 20k for it and thats when I disconnected as he had the warrant while I was in the shop.

As seen in the video, he was warranted and arrested for using a mask over 5 minutes after the law was implemented, before he left to avoid rp. In the time leading up to his arrest it was focused on the fact that he was refusing to leave the area after not buying a license etc and becoming increasingly agitated towards me, of which I felt threatened.
As also seen in the video, you can clearly see that I was not trying to charge you $20k, aswell as the fact that the mod online even said it in the video.

You were not charged 2000.
According to the logs at that time, there was a 500 entry and 500 fee. Gun license was 2,000 dollars.
I'll be messaging Supreme to get more information on this and to what extent it was handled.

Supreme informed me about it all.
the FearRP and D/C to avoid wasn't handled as Bananen said he can make a PR for it amongst other things.
Cynical did in the end follow FearRP but delayed and refused to cooperate, if this continues in the future he will be punished regardless of him cooperating in the end.
For D/C to avoid Cynical will receive a 3 day ban.
