The reason I stopped because we were going to start building there, which we did later. I'll admit i should've pulled to the side and stopped but I think you killing me was very over the top and could have easily been avoided. And no I wasn't told to break check you.

ill believe it when i see the full unedited video. there was no need to cut down the video, thats why i think youre hiding something. having strong brakes it all the more reason to pull to the side, you couldve easily blown my car up. i was lucky you damaged it to 0hp rather than killing me

i guess it wasn't intentional, but from my perspective it looked like it. i had just got behind you, and was following somewhat close. right when i got close you immediately stopped. i thought you were trying to take off after i hopped out but maybe i was lagging back instead of you going forward, i dont know.

Still seemed like it was just an excuse to kill. This PR could've been avoided if you wasnt to toxic in ooc and in game but i suppose this i what happens.

We also had a base at the side of the road, clearly visible and I can get a lot of people to vouch me on that. I started opening my gates and he slowed down, didn’t come to a complete stop. Indicating we were going to pull into either the near warehouse or the trailerpark just ahead of where you killed him.

what base was clearly visible? the warehouse? that doesn't look like a base, it looks like a warehouse

1 stop is not definitive proof in the slightest that someone is intentionally and maliciously break checking you. 

This is very clear excessive force with 0 attempt to RP out the situation, which lead to an invalid kill reason.

Not to mention that you instantly flared up and started insulting the accusing player in OOC and being aggressive instead of trying to clear it up... or at least just NOT being insulting and aggressive.
