Ban Reason: Disconnecting to avoid RP.

Why should you be unbanned?: This ban was unfair, there was and were not any EMS for the past 15 minutes, I was getting major errors and missing textures on Garry's Mod, I came out of my vehicle as I was testing to pin point the cause of my error and suddenly I see multiple cops shooting me (I was about to restart Garry's Mod), when I get downed with no EMS on, unless someone had metagamed I would have died anyway and wasted time, I just wanted to fix my addons and when I finally rejoined I get the ban message.
Also, staff members should not ban straight away when players disconnect, sometimes they do crash even when the message is not that the player timed out, and before banning they should give a while for players to re-join and explain their actions (as I was about to), and if needed I would have served time as soon as I had fixed my problems with this buggy game engine.

Hi DooZ, I was the officer who initially downed you in the situation. 

After you pulling a shotgun on Doctor Internet and shooting him, he pulled back giving me the chance to push forward and injure you, which I had done, but it appears that as soon as that happened you instantly disconnected. We can tell that you disconnected, and that your game didn't crash, due to the disconnect message saying 'Disconnect by user'. Whether it was intentional or not I don’t know but it looked like you did it to avoid the situation in our eyes on the server.

That's not you "getting out your car to pinpoint the cause", as far as I can tell.

I knew what was coming, the whole cop force shooting me down without even listening or arresting me for having a gun out, I shot at you for a chance of avoiding that and disconnecting safely, it was just a heat of the moment situation where I reacted quickly to avoid any rulebreaking of disconnecting under FearRP.
Of course I still acted wrongfully but not with the wrong intentions of killing some police and disconnecting, yet to disconnect and fix my Garry's Mod so that I could enjoy playing.

EDIT: I got messaged my friend needed help when I joined not knowing I was having that many issues and though the errors were minor until I found out they weren't.
