Explain your suggestion, in detail: Allow SWAT to have the [ANPR] message for stolen/wanted people

They could be coming back from a call and find a wanted car that is linked to guns.

Why not? ANPR is installed in most police vehicles.

Just cause they won't be leaving the PD as often as the police, doesn't mean they can't use the same tools to the same or a better standard. Curb your closed mindedness boi.
