Summary: I was talking to a friend and he comes out of no where with a pistol told me to give him 2k and i told him the max is 500 2k is for hostages im not your hostage. He replied "I take 500 then" so i gave him the money he Shredded him to pieces with my P90

Having being there with Toro, I'm confused as to what is being reported here? Toro killed Miller with a P90, after being mugged, then he hired me for protection. Miller did ask for $2000, but was unaware of the rule concerning mugging.
