First off, making a joke about blackmail that got taken out of context (previous messages were unsaved, again tampering with evidence) is not against the law. However, screenshotting a private snapchat conversation and sharing it is. I also stated (if you actually read it) that I copied the wrong law, and made my point that I meant to say the Copyright act of 1998. My conversations are my property and property of Snapchat only, therefore you need permission to share it. You also shared Copyrighted and personal information to another member of the community without my consent, which again, is against the LL ToS. But this isn't the first case, you shared a sensitive image of another member (I cannot show evidence for as the victim requested they don't have a part in this), in which a image of their private private life was sent to me. I am not putting that as one of the ToS he broken as I am not permitted to show the evidence, but I just wanted to state that you are not a first time offender to something like this and there has to be something in place to stop doing such things.

Ok, @John Jong' obviouslt isn't taking the fact he broke ToS seriously, so I'm gonna wait for staff to conclude this.

Denied.

The accused was not found in violation of any rules.

In addition, please take a look at a section of snapchat's privacy policy, particularly the bolded sections:

Quote:Of course, you’ll also provide us whatever information you send through our services, such as Snaps and Chats to your friends. Keep in mind that the users you send Snaps, Chats, and any other content to can always save that content or copy it outside the app. So, the same common sense that applies to the internet at large applies to Snapchat as well: Don’t send messages or share content that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share.

Regardless, if you would like the images removed, since they are not on LL's services we cannot help you. You are welcome to follow Faustie's advice to make an appropriate claim to the relevant image hosting site. Thank you.
