A lot of posts today highlight the things that Limelight are doing wrong. Example being optimisation, speed of the development, the serious or semi-serious debate, etc. - but what do you love about Limelight? Is there anything in particular that makes you come back to the game every day and play, regardless of there not being any major update in almost a year? You might've been playing since August 2015, but what actually drives you to keep on coming back to Limelight and still enjoy it?

What if I said "Limelight is growing stale. Change my mind."

Diverse Community, you got people all over the world playing on one server and it's pretty good

Plus, all though everyone complains about the server, it's only because they want to see Limelight grow so you got a supportive community too!

I love the staff. They are very smart. they some how manage to keep kids playing on the server while not having to themselves...

The server is fine, they do need to optimize some things but we all have to understand that the basegame itself isn't one of the best running games either.

So DEV's can try to optimize it untill a point where they can't do anymore.

Staff team is fine it's the community that's causing people to leave. I don't wanna call out names but there's quit a few people we all know because all they do is either shoot you, minge around or just in general make the experience worse for everyone else.

It's a really nice server with good people who I respect. I have great fun here and thoroughly enjoy it. I like the staff team, and I understand there is Staff Members who we think should not be on the team and some who should be a higher rank. I actually do not hold these views, probably because I do not dwell on it. I don't mind any staff members at all.

I'm a fan of the fact that the Government have somewhat of control. There are not raids every time the President makes a move a group doesn't like (as long as it isn't dictator level). It's a sense of realism. (Opposed to Fearless, where if the President makes a wrong move a raid will ensue almost immediately.) My RP's revolve around Government, hence why I do not know too much about the Underground/Passive Civilian RP's, but I have participated. It's a good community all around, there are updates and the devs are working on fixes and we revolve around how we want things done and added.

Yet, I would KILL for a weather/day & night (time) cycle. HURRY UP STORMFOX!

That's what I have to say. It's a well polished community, even though lag gets in the way sometimes, in which I hope these investigations will assist with and also we know that CityRP isn't the greatest in terms of it's framework. There are certainly things to improve on, and if there isn't then something is wrong.

(* Even though I portray I am dissing Fearless, I mean no harm to the community. It's also a great community where I have had a good amount of fun too. So it's my opinion that I think LL is better and that is personally fits my play style better. *)

Welp. I love to babble.

Every community has it's up's and downs, we may be in what is described as "Stale" but I really don't think LL is anywhere close to it's demise. However, we must make sure it does not progress closer to it's demise. LL is good place, and if it wasn't we wouldn't be here. It's up to us to liaison with management to improve and vice versa.

Jokes aside. What I love about LimeLight is the interesting and unique RP's. Having a fun RP happened, and it progressing creating a small story, is amazing. (This would be even better with more persistence and character development.)
