This guy is something else. Haven't seen much of him roaming the streets - unable to be reached on the phone - your best bet of finding this guy is at an alley on Cosmos Street towards the Industrial Area. He's shady but he'll get you what you're looking for. Just don't bring an attitude or try to pop off jokes. This guy hasn't got a funny bone in his body. He's got history being here on the streets and he knows who's who and I've heard some bad stories of people that tried to scam this guy. Let's just say they aren't here to tell the details.
