Ray-Ray is one of Rockford City's more outspoken hobos.  He would make grand claims that he would be king of the city, that he would wage war over the oppression and mistreatment of the poor.  His tastes for the decaying corpses has landed him in jail on more than one occasion.  Sad to say, this chapter in the life of Ray-Ray has passed.

Due to the repeated mugging and other such criminal activities, Ray-Ray's hobos have now formed their own gang.  "Tha Hoboz" have traded in their crowbars for pistols and sub-machine guns.  Everyone assumed that Ray-Ray was poor, but what they didn't think about was all the scavenging he'd been doing, whilst also accepting donations from nearly everyone for various odd jobs.

Tha Hoboz will still use their hobo foundations and established areas, however the will no longer be the victims of anyone who has a gun and spare time.  Make no mistake, Tha Hoboz is classified as a gang now.  Just this morning, Ray-Ray was riding shotgun, packing an IMI Uzi, and raising hell against police.  Though no officer was killed through any of his personal actions, several officers were forced to the ground and told to count to ten, allowing him to escape in some cases.

Tha Hoboz are not an "anti-government" group, they are an "anti-jerkface" group.  They won't perform mugs or other criminal activities on the regular citizens unless those citizens go out of their way for it.  Criminals that harass Tha Hoboz, or friends of Tha Hoboz, will end up paying in one way or another.  Corrupt government officials that directly attempt to push their agenda on Tha Hoboz will also be considered fair game.

(The purpose of this "gang" isn't to kill cops and raise hell with passive RPers.  If in a shoot-out with government, Tha Hoboz members should use "Roleplay" shooting, aka hit some miss some, as the gang is considered to be untrained, regular people.  If you decide to use Tha Hoboz (Gang-Member) as your job, please stick to these guidelines. Tha Hoboz is a roleplay enhancing gang designed to be the antagonist to the government, but never the victors over them.  Mainly Tha Hoboz are a distraction force, not a lethal one.  In terms of criminals, all bets are off, no mercy for them.  They are the reason the gang was formed, thus it's natural enemy)
