I purchased the armoured van of someone and i dont have enough reps to use it, so could i have a refund?

Yeah we can't refund anything not purchased from the market unless it's to do with scamming, or glitched.

You simply not having requirements to use an item isn't a justification for a refund; I suggest you try and sell it on the market forum.
