If you RDM someone and get arrested, you still get banned even though it was "handled IC". 

Last time I checked, Sours is not an admin. I was also made aware of these proceedings by Cboy but was unable to attend to give evidence as I was writing this PR.

Again, explain what rules I (BRIN) broke. Not anton. Not Wheatcake. Me. As I didn't break any rules. I did not demote you. I did not hit anyone with my car.  Fair enough my driving was a bit questionable but that's an IC thing.

Didn't remove you from thread title, my bad. The reason it's taking so long is because I'm waiting for my schedule to line up with Judge's so I can discuss the case in a bit more depth. It'll take however long it needs.

Sorry for the delay whilst I have tried to handle personal matters, as well as trying to find a time for me and Judge to talk about the case.

@Wheatcake, after a review of logs, I found that you did in fact CDM 123 and you failed to call EMS during this. How come?

I'm unable to proceed with any accusations of the driving at insanely high speeds and crashing due to lack of evidence, though @Markus Walker, if this did happen, then please treat this as a warning not do this in future. Same goes for the whole doing drugs as VP. This could have been achieved significantly better than how you did this.
