Summary: Anton, Brin and Wheatcake were dangerously driving around the map for no apparent reason, breaking the speedlimits, going off-road and even CDMing 123 (STEAM_0:0:70936027) at one point, right in front of my eyes. At this point I ordered the VP and the SSA out of their vehicle, and informed them I was going to investigate them for nearly causing death by dangerous driving. I called my supervisor, Cboy1 (STEAM_0:0:196534455) down to the scene who proceeded to speak to them, however the Vice President, who was RPing as drunk for no apparent reason (evidence is provided of him admitting this in OOC) started threatening to demote myself and himself.

As such, I informed him that I would inform the President but he was free to go as he is higher in authority than me. I then returned to my patrol vehicle, which was across the road as I was guarding a broken down car until a mechanic arrived. I sat there for a few minutes until the Secret Service came back again, this time crashing into a tree at high speed (evidence below shows the aftermath of this when I came back to get my police car after being demoted). I went to speak to them again, however they all got into another car, which I believe would have been either Brin or Wheatcake's car, and drove  off again. It was at this point that I was demoted, for seemingly no reason (screenshot attached below), and the VP later admitted in OOC that he was "drunk but still above us" (screenshot below).

I went back to get my police car after my demotion, and as I passed the scene of the accident the VP and his two secret service had arrived again. I managed to record a short demo of them generally minging, and the VP (Anton) and one secret service agent (Wheatcake) overdosing on drugs.

Cboy1 is a witness to this case, and 123 is able to testify that the SSAs were dangerously driving as he was CDMed by them. The logs should show 123's CDM happening and the car crash of who I believe was Wheatcake in addition to my attached evidence.

Here is a link to the demo file created. This shows Anton and Wheatcake overdosing and becoming injured and generally minging around.

Again, Cboy1 and 123 are witnesses to parts of this report.

So what did I do exactly? This was handled IC by the president.

That’s down to the admins to decide, but you were minging around with the VP and and other SSA, dangerously driving around the map for no apparent reason and assisting the other two in breaking the rules. 

I submitted the PR before it was “handled ICly” so I’m not aware of that - and even then the rules were still broken by your party, last time I checked the president isn’t a member of staff.

Can you list the rules I broke. Would be appreciated.

Last time I checked, don't post a PR without knowing what rules the people you're accusing broke.

I as unable to post a list last night as I was just about to go to bed. 

I will post a fuller list in about an hour when I get home. 

I will say however that you should be aware of the rules that you broke, it’s incredibly unrealistic to speed around the map for no reason and take drugs again for no reason - at the very least thats failrp. 

I will convert the .dem into a more manageable video format if required as I didn’t have time to I do that last night.

At no point did you attempt to stop your colleagues or the VP from breaking the laws, or report them to a higher authority, in fact you were breaking several of them yourself - something which I think is failRP. If requested by an admin I'll happily remove you from the case.

Firstly, I was not drunk nor did I harm anyone with drugs or distribute them, so I have no idea if that is aimed towards me or not. The reason I collapsed was because I accidentally hit a bind that made me use cocaine. I had the wrong autoexec.cfg file loaded during that session. (The autoexec.cfg contains all my binds so that they don't conflict with other servers or playstyles that I play)

Secondly, I did not purposely CDM 123. I did attempt to break, which is why my car swerved and blew up when I hit the tree next to him, my front end ended up 'tapping' him which killed him. The reason I was speeding was because the Vice President told me to, which we did as he was blackmailing me and Brin which was all sorted In-Character, which is why I had my lights on when driving dangerously.

Don't lie in the courthouse. The CDM of 123 and you crashing into a tree were seperate incidents, as 123 can confirm when he sees this thread - you CDMed him before, this was the first threat to demote me and then you guys all left to speed around again, and the second time you came around was when you crashed into a tree.

Even if it was an accidental attempt, why would you lie in the courthouse?

So me not stopping people breaking the rules and backseat administrating is break rules? Make a simple list Judge like this. Rules Brin broke: list. Also we were Rping that anton was forcing us do it or we lost pour jobs. Was solved IC again.

I never mentioned the rules, I mentioned the laws. As a Secret Service Agent you are still an LEO, you could have placed the VP under arrest to take him to the President or you could have discreetly reported it to the President. Instead, you were quite content speeding and recklessly driving around the city assisting the Vice President in getting drunk and high for no real reason (3.1, 3.3) instead of doing your lawful duty - which, last time I checked law enforcement were required to do. 

I never told you to backseat administrate - if you had believed rules were being broken you could have used @ and called an online administrator. 

Also, at this point the "Anton was forcing us to do it" kind of thing is hearsay without any kind of proof...
