With the reported being found breaking the rule;

the report is approved.
No suspension will be issued, however as the reported was there to retrieve their vehicle I find it suitable to issue a vehicle blacklist.
The reported is on probation however I do not see this incident fitting for a suspension let alone a permanent one, probation will continue and will be discussed with the probation issuer and staff to extend the duration of probation by one more month with this blacklist in mind, PM me or the probation issuing staff member to see your current probation time left.
