Official Notice of Intended Prosecution
To whom it may concern,
I have been asked on behalf of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as well as our partner agencies to provide the "Temuto Brotherhood", as well as it's allies and associates with an official notice of intended prosecution.
Expressing extreme discontent at this group's operations within Rockford, in line with our policy we will provide an
OFFICIAL NOTICE OF INTENDED PROSECUTION and a notice of last chance to the Temuto Brotherhood. Failure to act upon these notices will result in us and our partners taking further action against the Temuto Brotherhood.
The ATF and US Attorney for Oregon intends to prosecute the Temuto Brotherhood, all members and associates, and by name its leaders,
Druggo Mike and
Shaun Lopel for the following offences;
- Murder (18 USC §1111) | (2 counts)
- Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees (18 USC §111) | (2 counts)
- Prisoners in custody of institution or officer (18 USC §751) | (1 count) (Refers specifically to escaping federal custody)
- Prohibited acts A (21 USC §841) | (48 counts) (Refers specifically to drug manufacturing, trafficking and sales)

Obstruction of criminal investigations: 5 years x2
Retaliating against a witness, victim or an informant: 30 years x3
Criminal Street gangs: 10 years x86 (x1947)
(Raw data from CI division)
Assuming a federal judge was to hand down maximum sentences for each offence, members of the gang could be looking at ~<>1,947 years in federal prison, and up to $75,000,000 in fines. Members who took part in murder, large scale drug trafficking & retaliation against federal officers could face the death sentence. Furthermore, under 18 USC §521, a federal judge is authorised to increase each sentence for each count by up to 10 years as the Temuto Brotherhood is a "criminal street gang". This could increase sentences further.
At this time, the ATF will be seeking out a Gang Injunction against the Temuto Brotherhood with the US District Court for Oregon.
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO;
- Immediately cease all operations,
- Disarm and destroy all weapons and explosives and provide proof of having done so,
- Hand yourself in at the nearest police station, ATF field office, FBI field office, DEA field office, DHS field office or station, or other suitable federal, state or local facilities.
Cooperation with us will not go unrewarded - sentences will be reduced, charges dropped and plea bargains may be offered. To the contrary-wise, resistance will not go unpunished.
Those who are wishing for a way out of the crime life can be offered witness protection and immunities in return for testifying against their former colleagues or assisting in our investigation. Contact us anonymously for more details. Do the right thing, hand yourself in at the nearest opportunity. We have the identities of many/most/all members of the Temuto Brotherhood and allies and these are being passed to our partner agencies.
Kindest regards,
