Reply to Rule 6.3: We had a lot of supports and our gang originated in a trailer park, hence why 4 of our members built decorational trailer parks on the roof.

Reply to Rule 3.1: We only shot at cops who shot us, I purposefully shot near you to scare you away after you started taking pictures of our base with a camera out, this could be used as evidence with the police. I also never hit you, and you broke a rule yourself. You entered a danger zone that was busy being raided by the cops casually without a care in the world. And I hope you evidence of this yourself.

Reply to Rule 8.5: It was purely decorational, also, going inside the RV's gave us no advantage as it was too small inside to shoot. standing on top of the RV or on the platform in between was the only place you could shoot from, plus that also means we have the exact same hitbox availabilty as someone shooting at us.

Also, it wasn't just my base. I was the only one defending us in OOC which is probably why you only tagged me. There were 4 RV's each owned by 1 of the 6 people initially basing there, which turned into 5 after one guy with a caravan DCed.I can understand why you didn't like the buses, so we deleted those as we ourselves deemed them unrealistic.

You say the RV's are there for decoration, yet in the screenshot shown, it shows you with your gun out aiming at the ground below? In the very screenshot you took to counter that argument, your armed. What about the RV's being stacked up like shown in the second screenshot?

As for the third screenshot, that shows you directly able to see the keypad on the front gate, which is in clear violation of doomforting. The warning shots towards someone who clearly doesn't intend to pose a threat to you is a bit concerning too.

Would be interesting to see what screenshots Fly comes out with.

The buses were there for 5 minutes, they were never used in a raid or defences, they weren't even mine either. That was just John and Puf messing around but it was deleted right after. Your point about me being armed, all 6 of us were armed the whole time, we were a gang constantly getting raided by police, (who broke NLR on multiple occasions). Also, let me clarify, my RV's were never used to store contraband or hide anything valuable, also, as I mentioned, I stood on top of the RV's a couple of times but never fired from inside them. This gave the police an advantage as they stood behind their cars, which ironically gave them a higher chance of hitting me. Shooting from inside the RV is also very hard, you can test this yourself. The windows are angled horizontally and the police were below us, making it impossible to aim low. Getting closer to the window also doesn't allow you to shoot. And as you can see from Kvatch's video, I was standing on the platform in between the trailer's which didn't give me much of and advantage as peeking would still show most of my body. Also, you question the decorational aspect but I can even give a reference from where this idea was taken from, Steven Spielberg's movie, "Ready Player One". I fired at you as well because you were taking pictures of out base, I saw the camera flash and in a real life circumstance, messing with any gang by doing that would get you killed as it could be used as evidence for police. I did not hit you, as the rules state I can't. I fired around you in order to get you to stop taking pictures of us. I understand the doomfort aspect of the front gate, and why it may be bad, but I had done a concentration camp RP with Pufitee before, and at the time Mr.Marsh had been flying in and out helping the Pres and SSA's weld stuff to their vehicles. Another staff member was also their messing around with the ragdolls and hanging themselves, (can't remember who) and had not said anything. I assumed it was alright if 2 staff members had been through the base and stayed there for about 20 minutes without saying anything about the keypad placement.

EDIT: I feel like the accuser also doesn't understand that I only owned the rainbow coloured RV's in the corner, and all the other ones on the sides and front of the roof were owned by other members, so I question why you only report me?

The accused has been found guilty of doomforting by having a keypad visible by the defending party. Not only this, the RV's as shown in the second screenshot were hardly supported at all. One could argue that it'd be FailRP to even get them up there or argue as to how a gang came across so many RV's, though I won't get into that. Whilst I see what you were trying to achieve, this was very poorly executed. Ask staff in the future if you're unsure about a base or building, as this would have stopped this PR from being made in the first place.

A three hour PTE blacklist will be issued.
