Description: Be able to use "c" on a player to show ID.

Why: It makes traffic stops a lot easier as ypu can just do "/me rolls down window" and then hold down "c" on the officer. This is good because you currently have to get out the car and most police don't want you to and start shouting when you try to get out an show em ID

Sure, why not! I still rather have actual citizen ID/passports as an item, but this is good to have for now.
