I don't think "FearRP go sell your doors" is appropriate. It doesn't really work like that, you can't get the property's owner and get them to give up their property instantly under gunpoint, they still own the property legally, it's not a thing that gets done in 2 seconds magically. At most they vacate the property but still legally own it, and you get fucked by the police later that day.

At the start of the video when i asked "Do you know who owns the doors over there" he replied "Yes its my house" so i then took him to the door in a attempt to get him to sell the doors. I would like to say that this server is semi serious so at the time i was doing this roleplay i did not see what i was doing wrong as the way the game works is hit f2 on the door> sell them. I dont see what i have exactly done wrong here. Its really petty if i were honest with you.

You don't seem to see the issue even though I clearly provided the rule that you specifically broke. Mugging for over $500 is not allowed, and selling all my doors would add up to around $2000. Also, as Overlewd said, you can't force someone to sell their house under FearRP.

Selling a house to someone is a lengthy process with paperwork and stuff. As it is a semi-serious server, that can be cut way down, but not to the point of *pulls out gun* "gimme house" *done*. At most you would receive the keys in this situation but legal ownership would remain with the original owner. A more RP based approach such as attempting to bribe someone for their property and then "bully" them if they refuse, in case your Mafia group actually needs to control all the houses for some (assuming valid) reason. See contrast between "bully" and "murder".
