Summary: This guy tried to mugg me off my house.

"When mugging players, you may demand a maximum of $500. You may not mug the same player twice within 15 minutes."

A house with all doors bought costs well over $500 which means that this was a violation of this rule ^

Also, there was some backseat administration going on there when he killed the other anarchist.

So i was with the anarchist (at the start of the video) demanding him to tell me who owns the house which he did not do. I also told him to stop moving multiple times (gave him at least 6 warnings) and thats why i shot the guy.

I was forcing you to sell the doors for the reason of i was ordered by my boss ( @"ForceGhost" ) to take over richard drive to make the town owned by the givens family. We got all the other houses on the estate and that was the only one that we needed (We wanted the richard drive area to make money, renting it out to people.)

From 0:28 to 1:40 is evidence of you braking fear rp when i told you to come to me multiple times. 

Then from 0:50 to 1:00 is someone (Unknown who this is) saying something about he called the cops so you are metagaming to tell him to call them while you are under gunpoint.

Well, that guy telling someone to call the cops isn’t me. But my point still stands, you are not allowed to mugg someone off their house. I ”broke” fearrp in an attempt to call an admin, I didn’t want you to destroy me and my friends roleplay by breaking rules.

I don't think "FearRP go sell your doors" is appropriate. It doesn't really work like that, you can't get the property's owner and get them to give up their property instantly under gunpoint, they still own the property legally, it's not a thing that gets done in 2 seconds magically. At most they vacate the property but still legally own it, and you get fucked by the police later that day.

It doesn't really work like that, you can't get the property's owner and get them to give up their property instantly under gunpoint, they still own the property legally, it's not a thing that gets done in 2 seconds magically. At most they vacate the property but still legally own it, and you get fucked by the police later that day.

At the start of the video when i asked "Do you know who owns the doors over there" he replied "Yes its my house" so i then took him to the door in a attempt to get him to sell the doors. I would like to say that this server is semi serious so at the time i was doing this roleplay i did not see what i was doing wrong as the way the game works is hit f2 on the door> sell them. I dont see what i have exactly done wrong here. Its really petty if i were honest with you.

You don't seem to see the issue even though I clearly provided the rule that you specifically broke. Mugging for over $500 is not allowed, and selling all my doors would add up to around $2000. Also, as Overlewd said, you can't force someone to sell their house under FearRP.

Selling a house to someone is a lengthy process with paperwork and stuff. As it is a semi-serious server, that can be cut way down, but not to the point of *pulls out gun* "gimme house" *done*. At most you would receive the keys in this situation but legal ownership would remain with the original owner. A more RP based approach such as attempting to bribe someone for their property and then "bully" them if they refuse, in case your Mafia group actually needs to control all the houses for some (assuming valid) reason. See contrast between "bully" and "murder".
