1. If they robbed Fealz and Bananen, then they should accept the consequences of being hit back. I think it was a fair consequence. They got the right people, they had a valid reason to get revenge so I think it's fair. The reporters robbed the wrong people, and they got the same back. The biggest concern really at this is whether or not they verified the targets well enough, or if this hit could have affected the wrong people. The video doesn't paint a clear image on this though as they were taken by surprise.

The recording shows that (I presume) Bismo was armed with an AK. It's hard to determine if the attackers saw this or not, but it's worth pointing out that the video show's him having an AK on his back as it's relevant regarding the accused players choice to execute/kill instead of taking them under gunpoint. 

2. I think it's clear that the shooter didn't intend to kill the paramedic. When the shooter opened fire on the paramedic, the officer looks towards the shooter and accidentally puts him in harm's way while doing this. The paramedic was hit in the crossfire, and the paramedic wasn't directly targeted. I think it'd be unfair to track how the gun-model moves (in millimetres) to determine if it was done on purpose or not. Third person models are janky as hell and aren't necessarily a trustworthy piece of evidence to show intent in this case. The evidence shows that the officer was targeted and that the officer raised the paramedic in harm's way.

I just want to point out that me and Fealz had a discussion befor we did anything against them about if it was them and we identified that it was them, from their car and faces and clothing and we then proceeded to go in for attack. We also saw and identified the firearm on Bismos back as they where facing away from us.

but at the time of the shooting bismo posed no harm to the attackers, he had his physgun out because we were building. i also had my physgun out
