Is there a way that i can use the limelight vehicles in my singleplayer world? If i look under Vehicles they are not there

You can if you download the cars from the creators such as TDM etc. You will need to find them though.

Just add everything that is used in limelight to the pack? Even ingame i still have errors on some props, and i would like to use everything used in LL in my SP world

Go to https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-11091.html and make sure you are subbed to everything in the "Other packs" as well as the Game content on the bottom.
