Press [F1] and navigate to the Marketplace 
Under the category Mixtures you'll find the schematic for the Modern Axe

Standard Axe
Metal (x3)


PS: If you're wondering where to find the metal needed to fabricate modern
axes you'll need to investigate around car crashes or simply throw an advert
