Vadar has purchased 190 Main Street (Main RP Zone) and placed his duplication only to proceed to be in the [AFK] slot for 25+ minutes thus obstructing roleplay to occur in this area.
Additionally, he has placed a duplication that obstructs passive-roleplay from occuring anywhere in this area by blocking it off with a massive wall. Believe this was done to prevent people from placing casino duplications in this area that would be considered competition to his however I don't believe this should be allowed as it, in my opinion, goes against:

Just using this as an example, which refers to blocking off an entire PassiveRP zone that isn't individually owned, shouldn't be done. Props should be used to enhance RP and not obstruct it, especially in circumstances where it can be seen as public property. It kills RP and unfortunately the hot-spot of player interactions seem to happen at this small area.

Just wondering if we can get some future clarity on this and whether or not it is acceptable to block off this area - and if it's not could an administrator/moderator please get on and remove it so we can make use of it?
