Description:  I was in the afk job.  I switched to citizen hoping I could play, but IRL issues came up.  I went to rejoin afk job and was confronted with a "You need to wait X seconds" message.  This shouldn't exist, as the purpose of the afk job is to go afk.
Bug observed since:  5/2/2018

Steps to Reproduce: Join afk job, leave afk job, attempt to rejoin afk job.

Its to stop people changing jobs to avoid RP.

That makes no sense.  Too many other options to do the same thing.

Additionally, the time lock in the fashion its been set in only stops you from returning to a job, not from immediately changing to another job.  Meaning that it doesn't actually prevent job switch to avoid rp unless they manage to tap out all the jobs in under 5 minutes.

Although it's not necessarily a bug, this sort of functionality should be allowed.
