#MakeBasingGreatAgain - Government already has it too easy with access to weapons, equipment and the fact that they can easily breach into properties with [Warrants] and [Breaches] while these [Breaches] are also accessible to Civilians. Keypad Doors aren't a huge setback and the limit of (2), which it currently is at, is far too low for larger bases. I personally think borderline doomforting is what makes UndergroundRP fun.

With Police RP, they get the warrant, and all it takes is two more left clicks so it doesnt' really affect Police at all.
