John, you're extremely lucky for that. Some one on FL got a 6 month ban for scamming 150k.

You have a right to refuse bets in your casinos if you believe you won't be able to pay the winnings, but you need to do it right away by informing the person and returning the money before the game is completed. Accepting the bet and then being unwilling/unable to pay the winnings is scamming. You also need to make sure the person who lost, actually lost, and the other way around, especially if they insist that they won.

In addition, running a casino as a vice president on the presidential floor of the town hall is FailRP so please don't do that in the future.

I was going to end this in a permanent warning after my talk with John in-game about the matter, in which he was cooperative and helped me make a quick refund to Boshine. However, I realized that given everything, and the FailRP, and the amount of negligence in the video (whole situation could easily be avoided), a permanent warning is too lenient. A short ban will be given instead. Apologies for going back on what I said in-game. That said, understand to be more careful - if this happens again, the ban will be much longer.

Tyrone is not considered involved in the situation in a way that would require any punishment. However, a verbal warning is due - do not go along scams and potential scams. If you see that it landed on yellow, tell the person it landed on yellow even if you believe that your character might want to go along in the lie/misunderstanding for profit or loyalty or something.
