I see what you are saying acting like a 'Smart ass' Probably isn't the best thing but there is no rule against it as far as i understand and i assumed that it was alright to be awkward even when under fear rp i mean u cant really tell from your POV that i was actually facing that Blue square wall and u screaming 'TASER TASER TASER' down my ear is kinda triggering when Im clearly looking at the wall u indicated at.... yes i wasn't facing it directly to the same spot you where but i was facing the wall u indicated so i don't see how i was breaking fear rp there. i would also like to point out as u can tell the server was crazy laggy at this point proven by the fact u bungeed backwards from your car about 5 times... so the mic communication wasn't great on my end but i don't record anything so i obviously cant prove that but I would also like to see what the response from staff is as from how i read the rules on fearrp and such it doesn't state u cant be a smart ass but if Im mistaken apologies wont happen again..

Thankfully it seems the accused recognises what they've done wrong here.

Personally I feel the whole smart arse attitude towards it goes without saying. If you are under FearRP then obviously you're supposed to fear for your life. You wouldn't try to be smart as this would put you at risk (in this case, you were tased numerous times) so please follow all orders given to you straight up next time, rather than trying to push the limit. As you've mentioned the reporter's behaviour in your response, I would say that response is justified seeing how you were not obeying the orders given as expected. Even so, how the reporter decides to respond in that fashion is his choice and purely IC.

I'll be applying a permanent warning to your record so it's there for reference in the case of further violations but no further punishment will be issued.
