Map (if not default): Default
Description: When your car get 20hp or below, you lose speed, but with all the cars I tested this with, you still reverse at the same speed. So if you have a broken Tesla, broken speed is around 23mph, but reversing a broken Tesla is 46mph top speed. Seriously? Its acceleration stays the same, and so does its turning circle, so you go from like 0-23 in half a second and you'll end up ploughing through a wedding or some shit if you aren't very careful.
Bug observed since: The beginning of time.
Images/Screenshots: If you need some I can get but you can always just try it.
Steps to Reproduce: Shoot your car to 20hp, then test its reverse top speed then its forward top speed.
