Thanks for your patience in this case. Based on the evidence, I'm unable to reasonably determine OOC harassment as there's waaaay too many questions than answers in this case. In this case specifically, both parties are as bad as each other. Brin, if you truly do see this as harassment then I'm confused as to why you continued to engage with Toro. That's also not an excuse to throw the same sort of thing back at him.

Whilst no punishment will be given, I'll personally keep an eye on this. I'm extremely disappointed to see this come from you two - regardless of who started what first.
