Summary: Basically, Toro has a thing against me for being gay. He is continuing to insult me for about 2 months now. All the things he said he says it as it were ic but there is no context behind it and it is just to insult me. I've spoken to 3 staff members now about Toro and none of them care to take action. I have a few clips of this where he is being homophobic and even mentions Cheetham.

In the videos he is homophobic several times.

This has been an on going thing and has previously been spoken to about it. Toro also has Priors about OOC insults and Homophobia. Multiple Staff members have been told about this by me and no one takes action. This time I would like action to me taken as it has been on going and I would just rather not have to put up with someone who doesn't want to RP but instead disrespect.

Thanks for your patience in this case. Based on the evidence, I'm unable to reasonably determine OOC harassment as there's waaaay too many questions than answers in this case. In this case specifically, both parties are as bad as each other. Brin, if you truly do see this as harassment then I'm confused as to why you continued to engage with Toro. That's also not an excuse to throw the same sort of thing back at him.

Whilst no punishment will be given, I'll personally keep an eye on this. I'm extremely disappointed to see this come from you two - regardless of who started what first.

This player report will be denied as no punishment, at least a formal one, will be issued however that doesn't excuse the accused parties actions or the actions taken by the reporter.
